• Drive initiatives to maximize network scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency
• Identify infrastructure challenges and innovative solutions to improve network planning across all domains
• Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders to navigate ambiguity and implement planning strategies
• Serve as the team's recognized subject matter expert, staying current on network technologies and developing best practices
• Utilize data analysis and modeling to forecast future demands and clearly articulate planning strategies, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in program management
• 8 years of experience in networking, network capacity planning or optical networking
• Experience in developing and implementing network infrastructure plans
